Cuisine Dining at Jungle Bay is truly a unique experience. Our Jungle Pavilion restaurant comes complete with tropical forest motif includinag a royal palm tree protruding through its roof. This open air octagonal structure overlooks our stone pool and the Ocean. The atmosphere is a perfect complement to our “fun and healthy living” atmosphere. Our gourmet cuisine features mostly Vegetarian, Seafood, Chicken dishes prepared and served with a distinct Caribbean flavor. |

Jungle Bay Yoga Center is home to our two indoor yoga studios which are 2400 square feet and 1000 square feet respectively. The well ventilated studios have finished wooden floors and dramatic views of the ocean Coconut Bar & Recreational Lounge is a sports bar type spot where guests can drink, hang out, play pool, table tennis, darts, cards, board games or watch television (the only television on the property!) Our Beach Bar & Sun Deck which is situated along the rocky coast is the perfect place for fun-in-the-sun. The Beach Bar is accessed by a hidden boardwalk and wooden staircase which takes you all the way to the waters edge. The beach bar comes to life with our Friday evening barbeque and reggae parties. |

It is ok to lay around the pool, beach bar or your cottage veranda with a drink or that book you have been waiting to read or write. Be prepared to walk since walking is our transportation mode of choice. Swim in the stone pool, hike our 56 acre sanctuary and discover an array of tropical birds, lizards and an array of plant life. |

Our resort is made up of thirty-five tastefully furnished tropical hardwood cottages elevated on wooden posts, nestled beneath the undisturbed jungle of Dominica. Cottages are spacious and feature wood furnishings all “designed and built” at Jungle Bay. Cottages are perched like birds nests, tucked away on a hillside between Cedar, Gomier and Galba trees. A spring fed stream cascades along the valley below. Special care was taken to preserve the forest in its original form. Cottages are accessed through a series of footpaths and stone staircases. The low impact night lighting along with the sound of the Atlantic surf creates a romantic, surreal ambiance especially around full moon. Our cottages are designed and furnished to accommodate two people. The rustic yet elegant furnishings include one King or two double beds, a sitting area, built-in desk, coffee/tea making facilities, mini refrigerator, in-room safe, clock radio and private patio with furnishings. The semi-outdoor showers adds to the overall aesthetics and enhances the “communing with nature” environment of the resort. |
